Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to wardrobe consultation services offered by Braxylonphel. We do not sell physical products; our services are consultations delivered in person at our Albacete location. This policy complies with EU consumer protection legislation and Spanish law, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumer Protection.
Return Period
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason. However, if you have requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay for the service provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal.
For consultation bookings, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you make the booking, provided the consultation has not yet taken place. If the consultation has already been provided, your right of withdrawal may be limited as described below.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided by EU law, but it is not obligatory. We will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium without delay.
Return Shipping Costs
Since we provide services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or cancellations. If you cancel a consultation booking within the withdrawal period and before the service has been provided, we will refund the full amount you paid, with no deductions.
Return Process
To cancel a consultation booking:
- Contact us using one of the methods listed above
- Provide your booking details (name, date, and time of consultation)
- State clearly that you wish to cancel
- We will confirm your cancellation and process any refund within 14 days
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. We will arrange a new date at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Since we provide consultation services rather than goods, the following applies:
- If you have requested and we have fully provided the consultation service during the 14-day withdrawal period, you cannot withdraw from the contract, but you may still be entitled to a refund under other circumstances (see below)
- Once a consultation has been completed, the service cannot be "returned" as it has already been delivered
- However, if you have concerns about the quality of service provided, please contact us to discuss the matter
General Legal Requirements
This policy complies with:
- Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users
- Spanish Civil Code provisions on service contracts
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you have certain legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by You
You may cancel a consultation booking:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 48 hours or less before the session: May incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price, unless exceptional circumstances apply
- Within 14-day withdrawal period: Full refund regardless of timing, provided the service has not been provided

Cancellations by Us
We may occasionally need to cancel or postpone a session due to:
- Illness or emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer you a new date at your convenience
- Provide a full refund if you prefer not to reschedule
- Not charge any cancellation fee
Refund Procedure
When a refund is due:
- We will process refunds within 14 calendar days from the date we receive your cancellation request or from the date you provide evidence of having sent the cancellation
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise
- You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund
- If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
If you have received the service partially before withdrawing, we may deduct an amount proportional to what has been provided, calculated based on the total price agreed in the contract.
Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. We will reschedule your booking at no extra cost or refund the fee if you prefer to cancel. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price.
Cancellations by Us
We may occasionally need to cancel or postpone a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case, we will offer you a new date or a full refund. We will not charge any cancellation fee when we cancel.
Refunds
Refunds for prepaid sessions are processed within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment where possible.
No Refunds After Service
Once a consultation has taken place, we do not offer refunds. Our sessions are advisory; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. If you have a concern about your session, please contact us and we will try to address it.
