Braxylonphel provides in-person wardrobe consultations in Albacete, Spain. Services are described on our website and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where necessary.

Bookings and Payment

Consultation sessions are booked via our Contact page or by phone. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Fees are as set out in our Price List unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a fee. See our Return Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, including:

  • Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE)
  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumer Protection
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD)

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albacete, Spain, or the competent courts as determined by applicable Spanish law.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
